[Main Features of the Product]
1. High efficiency and energy saving:
(1) The grinding efficiency is high and the energy consumption is
low. Compared with the ball mill, the energy consumption is 40% -
50% lower;
(2) Large production capacity of single machine, which can make use
of low valley power;
(3) Vertical mill technology and equipment are energetically
advocated new technologies for energy conservation and consumption
reduction, which are conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of
enterprises in the powder industry in the region and even in the
country;
2. Easy maintenance and low operation cost:
(1) The grinding roll can be turned out of the machine by hydraulic
device. The replacement of the roll sleeve liner plate and the
maintenance space of the mill are large, and the maintenance
operation is very convenient;
(2) The grinding roll sleeve can be turned over for use, extending
the service life of wear-resistant materials;
(3) There is no need to distribute materials on the grinding plate
before starting up, and the mill can be started without load,
eliminating the trouble of starting up hard;
(4) Low wear, special materials are used for grinding roll and
grinding disc liner, and the service life is long;
(5) High degree of automation: the automatic control technology
adopts Siemens series PLC from Germany, equipped with automatic
control system, which can realize remote control and simple
operation. The workshop can basically realize unmanned operation,
saving operating costs;

It integrates crushing, drying, grinding and transportation. The
process is simple, the system equipment is few, the structure
layout is compact, and the floor area is only 50% of that of the
ball mill. It can be arranged in the open air, and the construction

(1) The material stays in the mill for a short time, which makes it
easy to detect the particle size distribution and composition of
the product, and the product quality is stable;

(1) The limiting device of grinding roll is adopted to avoid the
violent vibration caused by material interruption during the
working time of the mill;
(2) A new type of roller sealing device is adopted, which makes the
sealing more reliable, and no sealing fan is needed, further
reducing the oxygen content in the mill, and the explosion
suppression performance is more excellent.
6. Environmental protection:
(1) The whole system of HVM vertical mill has low vibration and
noise;
(2) The system is sealed as a whole, operates under full negative
pressure, and has no dust spillover. It can basically realize a
dust-free workshop.

Limestone is mainly composed of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) with Mohs
hardness of 3. It can be divided into quicklime and hydrated lime.
After limestone is mined from limestone, it is crushed to form

Quicklime becomes hydrated lime by absorbing moisture or adding
water. The main component is calcium hydroxide Ca (OH) 2, which is
used in environmental protection, medicine, food and other
industries.
