The gypsum vertical mill is mainly composed of feeding device,
grinding disc, grinding roller, classifier, transmission device and
other parts. Its working principle is as follows:
Feeding: Gypsum raw materials are evenly fed into the center of the
grinding disc inside the mill through the feeding device.
Grinding: The grinding disc rotates under the drive of the
transmission device, and the gypsum raw material on the grinding
disc moves towards the edge of the grinding disc under the action
of centrifugal force. During the movement, the raw materials are
subjected to the rolling and grinding action of the grinding
roller. The grinding roller is pressed onto the grinding disc
through a hydraulic system or spring device, applying pressure to
the raw materials, causing the gypsum raw materials to be crushed
and ground into fine powder.
Grading: The finely ground gypsum powder rises with the airflow and
enters the classifier. The classifier uses a rotating impeller or
other grading device to grade gypsum powder in the airflow. The
coarse gypsum powder is separated by the classifier and returned to
the grinding disc for further grinding, while the fine gypsum
powder that meets the requirements is discharged from the mill with
the airflow and enters the subsequent dust collection device for
collection.
Airflow circulation: There is a set of airflow circulation system
inside the mill. External air enters the mill through the air
inlet, comes into contact with the raw materials on the grinding
disc, and carries the ground gypsum powder up. After passing
through the classifier at the top of the mill, a portion of the
airflow containing fine powder enters the dust collection device,
while another portion of the airflow returns to the bottom of the
mill through the circulation pipeline and participates in the
grinding process again, forming a circulation of airflow.
This working principle makes the gypsum vertical mill highly
efficient, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and capable of
continuous grinding and grading of gypsum raw materials, producing
gypsum powder products that meet different needs.
